Captain Tommy Derringer 4/13/2025

Captain Tommy Derringer www.inshoreadventures,net 9043773734  This past week, it was tough to get out, especially some afternoons with the big change in the weather. We had quite a few afternoon thunderstorms. After a long dry spell it was something we definitely needed, but the fish didn’t seem to like it too much. The bite definitely slowed down a little bit over the weekend with more weather coming through. This typically happens right around this time of year we get close to summer. The fish will acclimate and things will get back to normal. Captain Kirk Waltz fishing report 5/12/2025

Captain Kirk Waltz 9046261128 www.enterprisefishingcharters.com   The windy and wet weather this week definitely will change a few things. Fiddlers, shrimp and    small / medium pogies have been very effective. Try using float rigs on high water around the rocks for trout, reds, and even some small tarpon with the peanut pogies that are available or a live shrimp. The nearshore offshore bottom bite has been very good for snapper, seabass, triggers and verms. The kingfish bite has been a little off but, digging around have found me a few. We have jumped sails, black fins, tunny’s and some small bonita when we found really clean blue water and sighted flying fish. Looks like Thursday a...
